ELF Trading Board declares interim dividend

ELF Trading & Chemicals Manufacturing Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 15, 2007 has declared an interim dividend of Rs 12.50 per share on 1,50,000 Equity Shares absorbing Rs 18,75,000/- for the financial year ended March 31, 2007.
