Associated Profiles Board declares interim dividend

Associated Profiles & Aluminium Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 14, 2007, has declared an Interim Equity Dividend @ 12% i.e. Rs 1.20 on each equity share for the year 2006-2007.
