Sundaram Brake Board declares second interim dividend

Sundaram Brake Linings Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 15, 2007, has declared a Second Interim Dividend of 50% (Rs 5/- per share) on the fully paid up equity shares of Rs 10/- each for the year 2006-07.
