Lokesh Machines Board declares interim dividend

Lokesh Machines Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 15, 2007, has declared interim dividend of 15% or Re 1.50 per fully paid Equity Share of Rs 10.00 to the Equity Shareholders.
