Shreyas Shipping Board declares interim dividend

Shreyas Shipping & Logistics Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 15, 2007, has declared an interim dividend for the year ending March 31, 2007 @ 22% (Rs 2.20 per share) on Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each and @ 8.20% (Rs 8.20/- per share) on Non Convertible, Cumulative, Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs 100/- each.
