Advani Hotels Board to consider interim dividend

Advani Hotels & Resorts India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 22, 2007, inter alia, to consider, the payment of Interim Dividend on the Equity Share Capital of the Company.
