Tanla Solutions Board declares interim dividend

Tanla Solutions Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 15, 2007, has transacted the following business:

1. Declared an Interim Dividend @ 100% on the Equity Share Capital of the Company.

2. Resolved to delist the Equity Shares of the Company from Hyderabad Stock Exchange, Ahmedabad Stock Exchange and Madras Stock Exchange subject to approval of shareholders and compliance of SEBI (Delisting of Securities) Guidelines, 2003.
