Ranbaxy Laboratories Board to consider Audited FY 06 results & second interim dividend

Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 29, 2007, inter alia, for consideration of Audited Accounts for the year ended December 31, 2006 and declaration of 2nd interim dividend on Equity Shares for the year ended December 31, 2006.
