Jupiter Bioscience enters into agreement with IISc professor

Jupiter Bioscience Ltd has announced that the Company has entered into an agreement with Dr. T Ramasarma - Scientific Advisor and former Professor of Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore for acquiring necessary know how and technology for a novel application concept for a new molecule, and for a novel drug for treatment of hyper tension. The Company is confident that it has the necessary capability to commercialize the above mentioned, and also manufacture and market the same.

Further the Company has informed that this agreement was executed by Dr. T. Ramasarma and the Company represented by Mr. Venkat R Kalavakolanu, Chairman & Managing Director of the Company on March 10, 2007.
