IID Forgings to allot shares on scheme of amalgamation

IID Forgings Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Committee of Directors (CoD) of the Company will be held on March 20, 2007 for allotment of Equity shares to the share holders of BDP India Pvt Ltd, consequent to the sanction of the scheme of Amalgamation by the High Court of Mumbai.
