Poly Medicure to allot warrants to promoters on preferential basis

Poly Medicure Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 17, 2007, inter alia, to consider the allotment of Preferential Warrants to Promoters of the Company, in terms of SEBI (DIP) guidelines, Shareholders Resolution passed on September 05, 2006 through Postal Ballet for issue and allotment of Preferential Securities.
