Gujarat Industries Board declares interim dividend

Gujarat Industries Power Company Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 14, 2007, has declared the Interim Dividend of 15% i.e. @ Rs 1.50 per share on 15,12,51,188 Equity Shares of the Company.

Further the Company has informed that, March 29, 2007 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend.
