Schenectady Beck Board declares interim dividend

Schenectady Beck India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 14, 2007, has declared an Interim Dividend at the rate of Rs 3.50 per equity share, payable to the shareholders of the Company.
