Wire & Wireless India Board to consider rights issue

Wire & Wireless India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 20, 2007, inter alia, to consider and approve the issue of further shares on a rights basis, as already considered in their meeting held on January 29, 2007, to the shareholders of the Company as on a Record Date to be determined by the Board.
