Mahalaxmi Rubtech to fix record date for bonus issue

Mahalaxmi Rubtech Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 22, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following:

1. To consider and fix the Record date for the purpose of issue of Bonus shares.

2. To consider and decide about to avail the fund by way of Borrowings from Bank for the ongoing expansion plan of the Company.

3. To discuss and review the activities of the Company.
