Kesoram Industries Board declares interim dividend

Kesoram Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 14, 2007, has declared Interim Dividend on 45,743,318 Ordinary Shares of Rs 10/- each @ Rs 4/- per share for the financial year ending on March 31, 2007.

Further the Company has informed that, the Board does not intend to recommend any more Dividend for the year 2006-07.
