Tech Mahindra Board declares interim dividend

Tech Mahindra Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 14, 2007, has declared an Interim Dividend @15% on the Equity Shares of the Company for the year 2006-07 i.e. Rs 1.50 per equity Share of Rs 10 each.
