Bodal Chemicals to fix rights issue price and ratio

Bodal Chemicals Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 16, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following businesses related with Right Issue:

1. Fix the Price for issue of equity shares of Rs 10 each on right basis.

2. Fix the entitlement ratio for issue of equity shares on right basis.
