California Software enters into strategic alliance with Malata in China

California Software Company Ltd has announced that the Company has recently entered into a strategic alliance with Malata in China, an internationally renowned original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for mobile phones, DVD players, LCD monitors, set top boxes, MP3 players, to name a few.

Under this arrangement, the Company will provide software engineering to enhance Malata's product line. The company manufactures over 10 million electronic devices a year and the Company will offer its hi-tech services to facilitate Malata to offer feature-rich devices.

In November 2005, the Company and its 100% US subsidiary CSWL Inc., a 100% subsidiary of the Company, a leading provider of embedded software engineering, BIOS, and content development services had entered into an agreement with Adobe Systems Inc. The agreement also provides for software engineering services from the Company to integrate and verify Flash Player into embedded systems, ensuring on-time delivery and superior product quality at a very reasonable cost.
