Wipro Board to consider interim dividend

Wipro Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company would consider and approve the Interim dividend by way of circular resolution effective March 23, 2007 and the record date for the interim dividend would be March 28, 2007. The decision of the Board of Directors regarding the proposed interim dividend per equity share would be intimated on March 23, 2007.

Further the Company has informed that, the said interim dividend, if declared, would be paid on and from April 04, 2007 to the members who are on the Register of Members of the Company as on the record date i.e. March 28, 2007.
