Nucleus Software Board declares interim dividend

Nucleus Software Exports Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 13, 2007 has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs 3.50/- per share for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2007.
