Asian Paints Board declares second interim dividend

Asian Paints Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 13, 2007, has approved the payment of second interim dividend of Rs.6.50 per equity share of Rs 10/- each (65%) for the financial year ending March 31, 2007.
