Balaji Telefilms Board declares interim dividend

Balaji Telefilms Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 13, 2007, has declared interim dividend of Rs 3.50 per share (175% on an equity share of paid up value of Rs 2 each) aggregating to Rs 22.82 crores out of the profits of the Company.
