Sumeet Industries Updates on announcement

With reference to the earlier announcement dated March 09, 2007 regarding "EMG on March 31, 2007", wherein the item no 2 mentioned for alteration in the Authorised Share Capital of the Company, Sumeet Industries Ltd has announced that due to some printing mistake in item no 2 Clause "V" authorised capital wrongly typed as "29 crores" instead of "50 crores". Hence, the correct Clause should be read as follows:

"Clause V: The Authorised Capital of the Company is Rs 50,00,00,000 divided into 5,00,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each."
