Vardhman Polytex Board to consider interim dividend

Vardhman Polytex Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 16, 2007, inter alia, to consider and approve the declaration of Interim Dividend, if approved, to the members of the Company for the financial year 2006-07.
