Ansal Properties Board declares interim dividend

Ansal Properties & Infrastructure Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 13, 2007 has approved the payment of Interim Dividend @ 15% for the period ended December 31, 2006 on the paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company (i.e. Rs 28,37,52,750/- divided into 5,67,50,550 Equity Share of Rs 5/- each).
