Rain Commodities Board to approve scheme of arrangement

Rain Commodities Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 20, 2007, inter alia, to approve the Scheme of Arrangement between the Company, Rain Calcining Ltd and Rain Industries Ltd.
