JSW Steel Board declares interim dividend

JSW Steel Ltd has announced that the Board Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 13, 2007 has declared an interim dividend of Rs 12.50 (125%) per fully paid up Equity share of Rs 10/- each, on the fully paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company, arrived at after including the Equity Shares to be allotted up to the Record Date (March 21, 2007) pursuant to the exercise of option attached to Equity Warrants.
