ZF Steering Board declares interim dividend

ZF Steering Gear India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 13, 2007, has decided to declare an Interim Dividend of Rs 8/- per equity share (80%) for the financial year 2006-07 to the Equity Shareholders holding shares on March 21, 2007.
