Unichem Laboratories Board declares interim dividend

Unichem Laboratories Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 13, 2007 has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs 5/- (100%) per equity share of Rs 5/- for the year 2006-2007.
