Rane Engine fixes Record Date

Rane Engine Valves Ltd has announced that March 27, 2007 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend.

The Interim Dividend, if any, declared by the Board of Directors, will be made payable on and from March 30, 2007.
