Sanra Software Board to discuss sale of shares

Sanra Software Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 19, 2007 to take on record the Share Purchase agreement dated March 10, 2007 entered between the existing promoters of the Company and M/s. Eyelight Events and Promotions (India) Pvt Ltd for the sale of 26,26,200 shares amounting to 43.41% of the paid up capital of the Company.
