Mitsubishi Corporation, Japan shows interest for business association with Micro Technologies

Micro Technologies India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 10, 2007, has transacted the following:

1. The Board resolved to appoint Mr. Parameshwaran, Chartered Accountant, as alternate director in place of Mr. Paul Coleman Jr. during his absence in India.

2. The Board decided to postpone calling of Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Members of the Company till further developments because of the fact that M/s. Mitsubishi Corporation, Japan has shown interest for business association with the Company and few other large initiatives and developments in the Company.
