Andhra Sugars Ltd acquires Andhra Petrochemicals shares through market purchase

Andhra Petrochemicals Ltd has announced that the Andhra Sugars Ltd., (ASL), co-promoter of the Company, has informed that it has purchased 76,725 equity shares of the Company amounting to 0.09% of the Company's total shareholding.

After purchase of the above shares, ASL's total shareholding in the Company has increased from 2,13,79,222 equity shares (25.16%) to 2,14,55,947 equity shares (25.25%).
