RSWM to consider interim dividend

RSWM Ltd has announced that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which is scheduled to be held on March 19, 2007 to consider declaration of Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2006-07. Further the Company has informed that, the said meeting shall also consider investment proposals.
