DMC International Board declares interim dividend

DMC International Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 12, 2007, inter alia, has declared an Interim Dividend of 10% i.e. Rs 0.50 per share on 27,00,000 equity shares of Rs 5 each, for the financial year 2006 - 2007.
