Chamatkar.Net India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 12, 2007, has transacted the following business:

The Board has decided to change the Main Object of the Company and also decided to change of the name of the Company from "Chamatkar.Net (India) Ltd" to "Cni Research Ltd."
