Apollo Tyres Board declares interim dividend

Apollo Tyres Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 12, 2007, has approved payment of interim dividend @ Rs 4.50 per share, i.e. 45% to the members of the Company.
