Bayer CropScience Board to recommend dividend

Bayer CropScience Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 26, 2007, inter alia, to take on record the audited accounts of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2006 and to consider recommendation of dividend, if any.
