Ultratech Cement Board declares interim dividend

Ultratech Cement Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 12, 2007, has declared Interim Dividend at the rate of Rs 4/- per share (face value of Rs 10/- each) for the year 2006-07.
