NR Agarwal Industries Board to consider interim dividend

NR Agarwal Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 20, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Approval of Accounts for the year ending March 21, 2006.

2. Recommendation of Dividend for the year ended March 31, 2006.

3. Declaration of Interim-Dividend in respect of Financial Year ending on March 31, 2007.
