Aarti Drugs Board declares first interim dividend

Aarti Drugs Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 12, 2007, has declared first interim dividend @ Rs 1.20 ps per share (12%) for the financial year 2006-2007.
