Kamla Dials Board to consider allotment of warrants at Rs.57

Kamla Dials & Devices Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 17, 2007, inter alia, for the allotment of 10,40,000 equity shares and 4,60,000 Zero Coupon Convertible Warrants at a price of Rs 57/- each under section 81(1A) of the Companies Act, 1956 read with Chapter XIII of SEBI(DIP) Guidelines.
