Sun Pharmaceutical Board declares interim divided

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 10, 2007, has declared an interim dividend @ 6% p.a. on the outstanding 6% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of Re 1/- each and @ 135% on equity shares of Rs 5/- each i.e. Rs 6.75 per equity share of Rs 5/- each of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007.
