New Delhi Television Ltd (NDTV) has announced that Mr. Sanjay Trehan has been appointed as CEO of NDTV Convergence Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of NDTV Networks Plc., UK.

NDTV Networks Plc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
