OCL India Ltd has announced that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which is scheduled to be held on March 19, 2007, will also consider the Scheme(s) of Arrangement for the demerger of (i) Sponge Iron & Steel and (ii) Real Estate operations of the Company.
