New Delhi Television Ltd (NDTV) has announced that the Company has signed definitive agreements with Com Ventures V.I., L.P. for investment of USD 20 million in its subsidiary NDTV Networks Plc UK.
In BSE, the shares were trading at Rs.289.50, up by 2.10% (+Rs.5.95) compared to its previous close of Rs.283.55. 53293 shares changed hands till 11:43 AM on Monday.
