IndiGo expands its Middle East footprint with new Bengaluru-Riyadh direct flights, starting 16 November 2025 
              The total approximate earnings of Indian Railways on originating basis during 1st April 2006 to 28th February 2007 were Rs. 55995.76 crore compared to Rs. 49178.44 crore during the same period last year, registering an increase of 13.86 per cent.
The total goods earnings have gone up from Rs. 32744.20 crore during April’05 - February’06 to Rs. 37952.59 crore during April’06 - February’07, an increase of 15.91 per cent.
The total passenger revenue earnings during April’06 - February’07 were Rs. 15496.46 crore compared to Rs. 13877.83 crore during the same period last year, an increase of 11.66 per cent.
The total revenue earnings from other coaching amounted to Rs. 1513.04 crore during April’06 - February’07 compared to Rs. 1087.80 crore during the same period last year, an increase of 39.09 per cent.
The total approximate number of passengers booked during the period April’06 - February’07 were 5803.34 million compared to 5412.13 million during the same period last year, showing an increase of 7.23 per cent. In the suburban and non-suburban sectors, the number of passengers booked during April’06 - February’07 were 3214.22 million and 2589.12 million compared to 3040.10 million and 2372.03 million during the same period last year, an increase of 5.73 per cent and 9.15 per cent respectively.
