Apollo Hospitals Board to consider interim dividend

Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 16, 2007, inter alia, to consider, the declaration of Interim Dividend for the year 2006-07.

Further the Company has informed that, March 24, 2007 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of payment said Interim Dividend, if declared and the payout of the said Interim Dividend, if declared, will be on and from March 30, 2007.
