Esab India Board declares interim dividend

Esab India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 09, 2007 has declared an Interim Dividend at the rate of 55% for the financial year 2007 (i.e. Rs 5.50 per equity share on the total paidup equity share capital of Rs 15,39,30,200). The total cash outflow on account of the interim dividend (including dividend distribution tax) is Rs 96.54 million.
